Return Goods Authorization Process (RGA)
For a coordinated and safe handling of return goods we require a Return Goods Authorization No. All types of returns (repair, complaint, exchange or credit, return after demo, other) need to be authorized in advance. Please contact your customer service, requesting an RGA-Number, which you indicate when filling in the RGA-form, together with all other relevant information.

Decontamination of goods
The safety of our employees together with international transportation and health regulations require our action on potentially contaminated products. Therefore, products which have been clinically used will not be accepted without decontamination. Corresponding indication has to be made on the RGA-form. Return parcels have to carry a RGA-Form on the outer package, otherwise they will be returned unopened.
