Um die Notwendigkeit einer Anästhesie für diagnostische und operative Büro-Hysteroskopien zu vermeiden, haben wir ein System entwickelt, das einen visuellen Zugang und eine gleichzeitige visuelle Dilatation des Gebärmutterhalses nutzt, wodurch diagnostische und operative Eingriffe ohne Anästhesie in der gynäkologischen Praxis bei wachen Patientinnen durchgeführt werden können. Die Wach-Hysteroskopie ermöglicht endlich das „See & Treat“-Konzept in der Praxis auf dem gynäkologischen Stuhl.

KMS: Polyp Resection with Awake-Hysteroscopy
The Kruschinski Modular Scope (KMS) allows to perform diagnostic hysteroscopy in cases of bleeding disorders. Detecting a polyp one can start resectoscopy during the gynecological examination as Awake-Hysteroscopy. Here you can see how easy and simple it is to remove a small endometrial polyp with the Gubbini Midi resectoscope on an awake patient in around 2 minutes with no anesthesia.

Awake-Hysteroscopy with KMS and Tubal Patency Test
The Kruschinski Modular Scope (KMS) allows to perform diagnostic hysteroscopy in cases of Infertility, together with a test for tubal latency and an endometrial samle. This can be performed during the gynecological examination as Awake-Hysteroscopy. Here you can see the how the air bubbles flow directly into the tubal osmium, which is an indirect sign of tubal latency.

The Kruschinski Modular Scope (KMS) allows not only to perform diagnostic hysteroscopy and small hysteroscopic procedures without any anesthesia in the office during the gynecological examination as Awake-Hysteroscopy, but also a gentle and atraumatic visual dilatation during hysteroscopic procedures in the OR. Here you can see the resection of a small placental polyp. In such cases the advantage of the „See&Treat“ concept of the KMS allows to avoid anesthesia and a 2nd procedure with anesthesia in the OR.
